INTERNAL EVENTS
Challenge: An internal department was unable to afford a creative team to help implement events for clients.
Opportunity: Produce a Lunch and Learn that provides the foundations of Deisgn Thinking to a team that needs creative support. Equip the team with the right methods to help produce more creative solutions.
Solution: A new support model was created to help the team members identify where they could integrate more creative thinking strategies throughout the course of an event.

Throughout the journey of their current support model, the team had several opportunities to approach their responsibilities with a creative perspective. We identified areas where this would make the most impact on the client and audience. Within those areas we provided a set of prompts the team members could ask themselves and their clients to help reach a more creative event solution.

The first step was to analyze an existing a creative process and identify overlap with the internal team's current system. Are they identifying an overall tone for the event? Do they know who the target audience is? Analyzing a creative team's process provided clues for the kinds of questions the internal team should ask.
